Updated some stuff!

• Added video settings
• You can now skip conversations after completing the game once (this can be reset in main menu options)
• Fixed issue where if the conversation screen popped up while you were in the game menu, when you returned to the game it would simply not work™
• Fixed issue making it impossible to end the game on second per-session playthrough
• Sold out and added a Patreon link
• Made a couple improvements to UI
